Marine resources are currently under considerable pressure, ranging from overfishing to ecosystem degradation. Recognizing this challenge, we are committed to selecting only seafood products that comply with the charter of the NGO Ethic Ocean, a leading authority on responsible consumption of seafood. This commitment allows us to continue offering high-quality cuisine while contributing, in our own small way, to the sustainable preservation of the oceans.
