Reduce, sort, and reuse: this is the guiding principle behind our waste management policy. We have implemented a rigorous sorting system for all our waste, combined with responsible composting and recycling practices. This approach allows us to minimize the amount of waste sent to landfills and give a second life to some of our organic waste, in line with the circular economy model applied to the food service industry.
